Just recently ko lang na realize na one na year na rin pala akong nag gy-gym. Looking back,
I have lost more than 20 lbs and I now have a 32 inch waistline (from 35 or 36 ata). Hindi naman ako ganun kataba pero when I looked at my pictures (see my pictures sa friendster) then and now, dun ko nakikita na sulit naman yung binabayad ko sa gym. Pwede na akong maging spokesperson for weight loss! Hehehe
So what now? Target ko ngayon ay maging 30 in ang waistline ko! (goodluck sa akin, ang lakas ko pa namang kumain) at mapagganda pa ang katawan ko especially yung chest (naks!).
